The ranked pages measure this by counting call-logging features on a data sheet. The real measure is a number: what percentage of the week's client calls are linked to a contact record with an outcome summary by end of day Friday. For solo and boutique firms running 40 to 60 hours of billable time, the honest answer across every major CRM is between 10 and 30 percent. Nobody on the shortlist discloses this.

Row 2. Does the CRM survive a switch in your transcript tool?

Your firm uses Zoom this quarter, Otter next quarter because the client insists, Fireflies the quarter after because the partner prefers the UI.
